Mushrooms with Garlic in Butter

Mushrooms, especially champignons, prepared with garlic and butter, offer a rich and aromatic flavor that can even surpass meat.

This simple yet elegant recipe is perfect for a quick meal or as a side dish that will impress your guests.

With just a few ingredients and a short preparation time, you’ll get a dish full of flavor and texture. Here’s what you need:

Ingredients:

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 30 g butter
– 300 g champignon mushrooms
– 1–2 cloves garlic
– salt to taste
– ground black pepper to taste
– a small bunch of parsley
– NMD

Preparation:

  1. In a wide pan over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil, then add the butter and let it melt.

  2. Add the mushrooms and fry them, stirring occasionally for about 5–7 minutes, until they get a golden-brown color.

  3. Near the end of frying, add finely chopped garlic, salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Stir and continue frying for another 1 minute to release the garlic aroma.

  4. Add finely chopped parsley, mix, and sauté for 1 more minute.

  5. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the dish warm, either as a standalone meal or as a side dish.

This dish is perfect for enjoying the simplicity of natural flavors, enriched by the warmth of butter and the aroma of garlic and parsley.
