“Sweetness doesn’t have to be a sin — it can be an art that nourishes the body and soul.”
This recipe is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious dessert without sugar, with natural sweetness coming from the dates.

The combination of oats, walnuts, and sugar-free chocolate creates an explosion of flavors, and the preparation is so simple that you will feel like a magician in the kitchen.
Get ready for a vegan delight that will win you over from the very first bite! Here is what you need:
Ingredients:
– 150 g dates
– 80 g oats
– 90 g walnuts
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 pinch of salt (optional)
– Zest of 1 orange
– 100 g sugar-free chocolate
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– NMD
Procedure:
Soak the dates in cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives and activate their beneficial nutrients. Then drain them and remove the pits.
Blend the oats until you get a fine, flour-like texture.
Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Set a small portion aside for decoration.
Blend the dates until they become a smooth paste.
In a bowl, mix the blended dates, oats, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, pinch of salt (optional), and orange zest. Combine well with your hands or a spoon.
Form small balls of your desired size. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
Meanwhile, melt the sugar-free chocolate together with 1 tablespoon olive oil over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with the reserved chopped walnuts for decoration.
Return the balls to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes so the chocolate can harden. Serve them in paper cups for a nice presentation.
Enjoy these little vegan masterpieces with a cup of tea or coffee. Bon appétit!
