Muhallebi is a traditional Turkish dessert that has been declared one of the most delicious sweets in the world.
It is prepared easily and quickly, and it leaves no one indifferent.

Ingredients:
– 1 liter milk
– 30 g coconut flour
– 100 g butter
– 6 tablespoons semolina
– 1 cup sugar, or to taste
– 1 packet vanilla sugar
Procedure:
In a pot, melt the butter, add the semolina, and stir for about 1 minute. Pour in the milk and continue stirring. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, then cook until the mixture thickens.
Add the coconut flour to the mixture, stir, and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
Pour the dessert into serving bowls and allow it to cool. If desired, you can decorate it with coconut flour, ground walnuts, or cinnamon.
