Fried dough pastries are a simple yet irresistible dish that brings warmth and childhood memories.<\/p>\n

This recipe, passed down from my grandmother, combines easy preparation with incredible flavor \u2013 crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside.<\/p>\n

Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a family gathering, these pastries will delight anyone who tries them, writes NMD. Here\u2019s what you need:<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 400 ml warm water
\u2013 10 g dry yeast
\u2013 1 teaspoon sugar
\u2013 1 tablespoon vinegar
\u2013 2 tablespoons yogurt
\u2013 1 egg
\u2013 1 teaspoon salt
\u2013 550 g flour
\u2013 400 ml vegetable oil (for frying)
\u2013 NMD<\/p>\n

Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In a deep bowl, mix 400 ml warm water, 10 g dry yeast, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Let the mixture rest for 3 minutes to activate the yeast.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons yogurt, and 1 egg. Mix well until the mixture becomes smooth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Gradually add the flour (550 g total), mixing with a spoon or by hand. When the dough begins to form, add 1 teaspoon salt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Knead until you get a soft, slightly sticky dough. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    After 1 hour, oil your hands lightly and gently gather the dough. Transfer it onto a greased work surface. Gently roll it out into a thick sheet.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Divide the dough into equal pieces and form small balls. For easier shaping, use a cup greased with oil to cut the dough.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Let the shaped balls rest for 10 minutes covered with a plastic bag. Then flatten each one with your hands and make a small hole in the center with your fingers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Heat 400 ml vegetable oil in a deep pan at a temperature just below high. Fry the pastries, making sure not to overheat the oil.
    When one side becomes golden-brown, flip to the other side.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
